Shipping and Handling We do Standard shipping using UPS GROUND ONLY for the Continental United States. We do this simply because they are great at insuring that our delicate merchandise is delivered with minimum breakage. For Pricing for shipments to Hawaii, and Alaska, additional shipping may need to be added. Please call 770-485-4977. We only ship within the Continental US. Sorry No International Shipping. Standard Shipping and Handling rates are as follows:
Normal delivery time is 10 to 14 days for in stock items or a week longer for Vendor Stocked items. Additional charges will apply for all expedited orders.
Many orders qualify for a partial shipping refund, depending on the size and weight of the order. If you are concerned about the shipping amount, please call 770-485-4977 and see if your order qualifies.
*VENDOR STOCKED You may have noticed that some of our items are listed as "VENDOR STOCKED". This simply means that we do not keep these items on site, but they still reside at the vendors locations. We have field tested our different vendors with shipping times. If we notice that their delivery times are not satisfactory, we do not carry these items listed as "vendor stocked," but keep them in our inventory. If you order something that is listed as "vendor stocked," instead of the normal 14 to 21 day delivery, you may have a slightly longer delivery date (by a week or so or 2-3 more weeks from September to January). Sometimes, there is no difference. Many of our Vendor stocked items may be on temporary backorder because of product shortage. This is usually no more than a few weeks or about a month out. If you are interested in a vendor stocked item, please call and we will let you know the availability date if backordered.
